We believe every special detail and finishing touch counts, which is why we always provide beautiful bespoke displays for our customers' individuality. We are proud of the friendly atmosphere which is associated with our shop and are happy to provide quotations for our customers. We ask that orders are made as far in advance as possible so we can prepare stock and meet your needs. Venue styling is one of our most popular services, we make sure the venue for your weekend party looks perfect. Within our shop we have a one-way system and encourage social distancing as much as possible.

What times are you open?
The shop is open:
Saturday 9am-3pm & Evening Party Bookings
Sunday Prebooked Parties Only
How long do I need to book in advance?
Most products can be ready the same day, but larger parties or more specific items may require a minimum of 3 days’ notice. At times it may be 2 weeks if stock needs to be ordered.
Do you set up the event venue?
Yes, as part of our service we will take your set up to the venue and complete all the finishing touches. We can also provide other items to help with this.
When do I need to pay my balance in full?
The full balance is required for venues or events the week before to secure the date.
Do you inflate balloons I have bought myself?
We can offer this service but would need to see the product, however we do not guarantee them due to quality issues.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled with notice however we cannot cancel on the day of the order.
Do I need to pay a deposit for my order?
Deposits are only required on special order items or venue bookings.
If I cancel, do I get my deposit back?
If enough notice is given, we will offer a full refund.
Can you deliver the order?
Yes, we can deliver outside of shop opening hours.
